Participation is not required to purchase goods or services.

If you have opted in, you may receive messages related to:

Example: “Hello, this is Homesmart. This is a reminder of your upcoming appointment on [Date] at [Time]. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with Homesmart. You may receive up to 2–5 messages per week.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your carrier's plan. Homesmart is not responsible for carrier fees.

Eligibility

To participate, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Own a mobile device capable of two-way messaging
  • Use a participating carrier

Not all carriers support this service.

Consent and Acknowledgment

By subscribing, you confirm you are authorized to enroll the provided mobile number and agree to receive messages. You accept responsibility for any applicable charges.
